Refund and Returns Policy

RPWFE provides a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify, items must remain unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. When contacting us, please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Initiating a Return: Reach out to us at contact@rpwfe.us to begin the return process.

Return Authorization: If approved, we’ll supply a return shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.

Return Method: Mail.

Return Shipping Labels:

  • Defective Products: You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Customer Remorse: You cover the return shipping costs.

Return Fees:

  • Defective Products: Contact us for repairs or replacements. If unresolved, a replacement will be sent.
  • Customer Remorse: Return within 30 days for a product price refund. Shipping costs aren’t refunded.
  • Restocking Fee: None.

Exchanges: Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds: After inspecting your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days. Allow extra time for your financial institution to process the refund. If it’s been over 5 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us.

Order Cancellation Policy: If your order is canceled due to unavailability or other reasons, a full refund will be issued.
